Terms of Service
Effective 29 July 2026 · Blockstellar (Android)
Accepting these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and YallAmigo ("we", "us") covering the Blockstellar mobile game and this website. Installing or playing Blockstellar means you accept them. If you do not, please do not install the game.
Your use of Google Play to obtain, pay for, or update the game is separately governed by Google's own terms, which we do not control.
Your licence to the game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Blockstellar on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the game or its assets;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;
- strip, fake, or work around the advertising or purchase systems;
- reuse the artwork, music, voice lines, or the Blockstellar name and logo in your own projects.
All game content — code, art, audio, and the Blockstellar name — remains ours. The licence ends if you break these terms or uninstall the game.
Purchases and refunds
Blockstellar Deluxe is a single, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It removes advertising, unlocks all block skins, doubles the coins earned from runs, and grants an extra Nova Star per run.
Every transaction is processed by Google Play, not by us. Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy — request one through Google Play rather than through us, since we have no ability to issue or reverse a charge. If a purchase completed but the upgrade did not appear, use Restore purchase in the game's Settings first; if that fails, contact us and we will help.
Coins, gems, ranks, and streaks are not currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game, and may be adjusted as we balance the game.
Advertising
The free version shows advertising through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional and always tell you what you get for watching. Ad content comes from Google's network — we do not choose individual advertisements, and an ad appearing in the game is not an endorsement. Report anything inappropriate to us and we will pass it on. See the Privacy Policy for what advertising collects.
Your progress
Progress is stored only on your device. We do not back it up and cannot recover it. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or switching device will lose it. Your Deluxe purchase is the exception: it is tied to your Google account and can be restored.
Leaderboard and callsigns
The leaderboard is optional. Callsigns are generated, not typed: the game offers you a name assembled from a fixed list of safe words (for example "NovaPilot"), and you choose by rerolling until one suits you. There is no text input, so a callsign can never contain your real name, anyone else's, or anything that identifies a person. If you accept one, it is shown to other players alongside your score.
Callsigns must not be:
- obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise offensive;
- impersonating another player, a real person, or us;
- advertising, spam, or a link;
- chosen to evade a callsign we have already removed.
Because every callsign is assembled from that fixed vocabulary — and our server enforces the same structure — a name that breaks these rules should be impossible. The rules still bind, whatever a name turns out to mean in context. We may remove or reset any callsign or score, at any time, without notice, and we may block an installation from posting further scores. To report a callsign, use the flag button on its leaderboard row or contact us; to have your own entry deleted, use Settings › Remove me from the leaderboard in the game, or contact us with the exact callsign.
Leaderboard entries are not a possession and carry no value. Weekly boards reset every week and old weeks are deleted; we may reset, rebuild, or discontinue the leaderboard entirely, and it may be unavailable at times. None of that affects the rest of the game, which plays normally with or without a connection.
Fair use
Do not use modified clients, memory editors, automation, or other tools to manipulate scores or unlock paid content. Most of the game runs entirely on your device, so there is little we can practically enforce there — mostly we are asking you not to spoil it for yourself. The leaderboard is different: a fabricated score affects every other player, and scores we judge to be illegitimate will be removed along with the callsign that posted them.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue Blockstellar at any time, including altering game balance, adding or removing features, or withdrawing it from Google Play. If we discontinue it, already-installed copies keep working for as long as your device and Android version support them, but we cannot guarantee that indefinitely.
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continuing to play after that constitutes acceptance.
Warranty and liability
Blockstellar is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost game progress. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim — which, for most players, is nothing.
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including statutory refund rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
