The short version
We do not run any servers for Blockstellar, we have no accounts, and we never see your game progress — it lives on your phone and nowhere else. The one thing that does leave your device is advertising data, collected by Google AdMob so it can show and measure ads. Buying Blockstellar Deluxe removes the ads, and with them that collection.
The rest of this page explains that in detail. It describes the app only; this website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Game progress
Your scores, unlocked levels, block skins, coins, rank, daily streak, achievements and settings are written to your device's local storage by the app. They are not transmitted anywhere, not backed up to us, and not readable by us. There is no account system and no login.
Uninstalling Blockstellar deletes all of it permanently. Because we never hold a copy, we cannot restore progress that is lost this way.
Advertising
The free version of Blockstellar shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob. There are two kinds:
- Rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for something in the game — a revive, doubled coins, extra pieces. These never start on their own.
- Occasional full-screen ads between runs. These are not shown during a game, when the app opens, or in your first few sessions.
Google acts as an independent controller of the data it collects through these ads. Its handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and described further under how Google uses information from partner sites and apps.
What is collected, and by whom
We collect nothing ourselves. The table below is what the AdMob SDK may collect from your device in order to serve, cap, and measure advertising. It matches the Data safety declaration on our Google Play listing.

None of this is linked to your identity, and none of it is sold. Data in transit is encrypted.
Purchases
Blockstellar Deluxe is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive, see, or store your payment details — Google confirms only that a purchase exists for your account, which is how the upgrade restores itself if you reinstall or change device.
Your controls
- Reset or delete your advertising ID — Settings › Google › Ads on Android. This breaks the link between your device and previously collected ad data.
- Opt out of ad personalisation — in the same Android settings screen. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
- Remove advertising entirely — buy Blockstellar Deluxe.
- Delete everything — uninstall the app. All local progress goes with it. There is no server-side copy to request the deletion of.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since we hold none, requests of that kind are best directed to Google for the advertising data described above — but write to us anyway if you are unsure and we will point you the right way.
Children
Blockstellar is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through this app, contact us and we will help you resolve it with Google.
Changes to this policy
If a future update changes what is collected, we will update this page and the Google Play Data safety declaration before that update is released, and move the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the Play listing's release notes.
