I bought Deluxe but the ads are still there

Open Settings in the game and tap Already bought it? Restore purchase. That asks Google Play directly whether your account owns the upgrade, which is the authoritative answer — it works after a reinstall, on a new phone, or if a purchase was interrupted.

Make sure the device is signed in to the same Google account you bought with. If restore still finds nothing, send us the order number from your Google Play receipt and we will sort it out.

I want a refund

Refunds go through Google, not us — we never touch your payment details and cannot issue or reverse a charge. Request one from your order history in the Google Play app or at play.google.com. Google's own refund window applies.

I lost my progress

Progress lives only on your device, so uninstalling the game, clearing its storage, or moving to a new phone loses it. We hold no copy and genuinely cannot recover it — we are sorry, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise.

Your Deluxe purchase is the exception. It is attached to your Google account, not the device, so restore it with the steps above.

How do I get rid of the ads?

Buy Blockstellar Deluxe from the in-game shop. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it removes every ad permanently. It also unlocks the four premium block skins (Nebula is free for everyone), doubles the coins from every run, and gives you two Nova Stars per run instead of one — each star powers a Nova Surge revive or absorbs a Fuse Core burn-out.

Deluxe also hands you everything the rewarded ads give free players — doubled run coins, the extra pieces, the doubled daily streak — without the ad. Paying never leaves you worse off than watching.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the game and everything stored on your device goes with it. To clear advertising data, reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings › Google › Ads on Android.

Your leaderboard entry lives on our server, not your phone, so uninstalling does not remove it. Delete it yourself from inside the game: Settings › Remove me from the leaderboard. It goes immediately, and nothing on your device is affected. If the app is already uninstalled, email us the exact callsign you played under and we will remove it — the identifier attached to it is random and not linked to you, so the callsign is the only way we can find your row. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Can I play without the leaderboard?

Yes. The game asks you to choose a callsign the first time you open it — tap Not now and it never contacts our server. You can pick one later under Settings › Callsign if you change your mind, and the rest of the game is identical either way.

Someone's callsign is offensive

Tap the flag icon on that row of the leaderboard and confirm. It sends the name to us for review. Names are filtered automatically when they are chosen, but the filter is not perfect and reports are the fastest way to catch what slips through. You can also email us the callsign if you would rather.

An ad was inappropriate

Ad content comes from Google's network and we do not pick individual ads. Send us a screenshot and roughly when you saw it and we will report it to AdMob — that is the route that actually gets an advertiser removed.

Something is broken, or I have an idea

Email support-blockstellar@yallamigo.com. For bugs, your device model and Android version help a lot. Blockstellar is made by a very small team, so replies take a little while, but they do come.
