I bought Deluxe but the ads are still there
Open Settings in the game and tap Already bought it? Restore purchase. That asks Google Play directly whether your account owns the upgrade, which is the authoritative answer — it works after a reinstall, on a new phone, or if a purchase was interrupted.
Make sure the device is signed in to the same Google account you bought with. If restore still finds nothing, send us the order number from your Google Play receipt and we will sort it out.
I want a refund
Refunds go through Google, not us — we never touch your payment details and cannot issue or reverse a charge. Request one from your order history in the Google Play app or at play.google.com. Google's own refund window applies.
I lost my progress
Progress lives only on your device, so uninstalling the game, clearing its storage, or moving to a new phone loses it. We hold no copy and genuinely cannot recover it — we are sorry, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise.
Your Deluxe purchase is the exception. It is attached to your Google account, not the device, so restore it with the steps above.
How do I get rid of the ads?
Buy Blockstellar Deluxe from the in-game shop. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it removes every ad permanently. It also unlocks all five block skins, doubles the coins from every run, and gives you two Nova Surges per run instead of one.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the game. Everything it stored goes with it, because it never left your phone in the first place. To clear advertising data, reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings › Google › Ads on Android. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
An ad was inappropriate
Ad content comes from Google's network and we do not pick individual ads. Send us a screenshot and roughly when you saw it and we will report it to AdMob — that is the route that actually gets an advertiser removed.
Something is broken, or I have an idea
Email support-blockstellar@yallamigo.com. For bugs, your device model and Android version help a lot. Blockstellar is made by a very small team, so replies take a little while, but they do come.
